If you’ve just started your Christmas shopping and really want to get tongues wagging on the big day, we suggest a glittering penis keyring for one of your nearest and dearest. The piece – which comes in both purple and gold – was born from the collective minds of Harry Styles and Jonathan Anderson, part of their new Pleasing x JW Anderson capsule collection which launches today (December 4).

“This partnership holds personal significance for both founders, Harry Styles and Jonathan Anderson, who have been longtime collaborators and supporters of one another,” read a joint statement from the labels. “Together, with their respective teams, they designed the collection while keeping their communities at the forefront, creating something joyful and exciting to share with the world.”

Apart from cannily hopping on the bag charm trend, the collection also features Pleasing’s beloved nail polishes in new shades, an embroidered sweater, a logo hoodie, a balloon-covered long-sleeve mesh, another balloon-covered t-shirt and the ‘Bunch of Balloons Knit Cardigan’. The latter – a white knit with brightly coloured balloons covering one side – is a callback to the JW Anderson Patchwork Cardigan that Styles famously wore in 2020, prompting a viral TikTok knitting craze and one of the cardis ending up in the V&A’s permanent collection.

Elsewhere in the Pleasing x J-Dubs collab, Styles has his own crack at the much-loved Bumper bag, taking the SS22 accessory and re-upping it in an exclusive colourway. Styles is said to be a huge fan of the bag and has run through a couple in his time, which is why this collaboration uses so many balloons as a recurring motif – the bag’s original inspo was meant to evoke “bright buoyant balloons and cushioning travel pillows”.

Speaking on the new collab, Pleasing creative director and Styles’ right-hand-man Harry Lambert said that the collection was “founded on the back of friendship and mutual respect” and that “this is one of our most special collaborations to date”.

“JW Anderson is a brand we feel so aligned with in terms of point of view, creativity and energy,” continued Lambert, “and has been a brand we’ve wanted to collaborate with for some time. As a stylist, I’ve had the joy and privilege of working with Jonathan over the years, and of course, so has our founder, Harry, who is a big supporter and wearer of Jonathan’s work.”
