元GivenchyのデザイナーRiccardo Tisci(リカルド・ティッシ)やOff WhiteのデザイナーVirgil Abloh(ヴァージル・アブロ)がVersace(ベルサーチ)の次のクリエイティブディレクターになるのではと噂されていた。しかし、WWDによると現Louis VuittonのアーティスティックデザイナーKim Jones(キム・ジョーンズ)が2011年から続いているLVとの契約から抜けられれば、就任する可能性があるとのことだ。この件についてLouis Vuitton、Versace共にコメントは控えている。
9月に噂されていたようにKim JonesはLouis Vuittonを2018年秋冬のショーの後離れるようだ。(1/17更新)
