LVMHが、Virgil Ablohが手掛けるOFF-WHITE を買収すると発表。Off-Whiteの株式の60％を取得するという。 Virgilは、残りの40％の株式を保有、Farfetch傘下のNew Guards Groupは、今後も運営パートナーとしてブランドに携わるとのこと。LVMHは、Virgilと新規ブランドの立ち上げも視野に入れているとのこと。 LVMH announced acquiring 60% stake of Virgil Abloh’s Off White. Virgil has lest of stake and New Guards Group, will continue to be involved with the brand as an operating partner. LVMH is also looking to launch a new brand with Virgil, according to the report.
