初週における『Queen』の売上は約18万5,000枚（純粋なアルバムセールスは78,000枚）に対して、『ASTROWORLD』は約20万5,000枚（純粋なアルバムセールスは同じく78,000枚）を記録。この結果に懐疑的なMinajは、Travisのアルバムの販売方法に疑問を呈し、マーチャンダイズやツアーチケットとセット売りされた分は同チャートにカウントされるべきでないとの見解を明らかにした。とりわけ、Travisのパートナーであり、Instagramに1億人以上のフォロワーを持つKylie Jenner（カイリー・ジェンナー）のプロモーションには不快感を露わに。その問題の投稿とは、Travisのツアーフライヤーの画像と共に「自分と娘のStormi（ストーミ）もツアーに向けて準備万端」といったシンプルな内容のもの。しかしMinajによると、この投稿を含めたプロモーションや先述のセット売りがなければ『ASTROWORLD』は50,000枚ほどの売り上げしかないとのこと。

I looked at the numbers the Carters, Kanye, Nas, etc recently did. Travis sold 200K in his first week of clothes alone. I spoke to him last night & he said he’s been selling clothes b4 the music. Billboard says they’ll change the rules cuz of this, so it should be changed now!
