A planned follow-up, Masochism, has still never seen the light of day, which she has previously blamed on “insane obstacles” caused by her label. Even now they’ve dropped her, they are still blocking her from releasing any of the new music she recorded while she was still under contract.
Now that she’s finally broken free from Capitol, she’s entering a new stage of her career: as she told Vogue, she is planning to self-release a new song in 2025, as well as doing more live performances.
