Drake said the tour would begin on February 9, which happens to be the same day that Kendrick Lamar will play the Halftime Show at Super Bowl LIX.
The last time Drake came to Australia was in 2017 for the Boy Meets World Tour. Drizzy played seven shows in the country and an additional pair of outings in nearby New Zealand.
The Toronto rapper then provided a very juicy update about his long-gestating collab album with PartyNextDoor. “Me and Party’s album is 75 percent done shout out to PX cooking right now,” he said. “Album sounds incredible…This album is good; it’s the sound that people know and love us for.”
